Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received. Due to the high volume of requests received, all requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date. To be considered for an in-kind donation or sponsorship, please complete the application below and attach an event flyer. Request more information about obtaining a charitable donation from the Boyd Gaming Corporation. Fill out the form provided to be contacted by a Boyd Gaming representative. Donation Requests Although Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel sends out several hundred donation certificates a year, we still receive many more requests than we are able to fulfill. Because we recognize that all causes are important, we have developed a program to fairly distribute available certificates to domestic non-profit 501(c)(3) groups.

Monetary Donations

Monetary donation requests are approved by the GRTI Board of Directors. These requests are approved during regular monthly board meetings. Submittals are due no later than the 3rd Thursday of the month by 5 PM. This will ensure they will be included during the next board meeting. Please call Melanya Pasqual at (520) 796-3333 for additional information. You will need to submit the following:

  • Completed Donation Request Form
  • Event flyer or sponsorship packet

The GRTI PR department receives requests to set-up a booth, donate logo items or water for your event. Please submit the following:

  • Event flyer

The PR department will contact you shortly after the request has been received.
